At Blue Ridge Townhomes, just one block from Wildernest Center, with views of the Rocky Mountains and downtown Silverthorne.

Heading west on I-70 from Denver, take the Silverthorne exit and turn right, 1 block. At the traffic light, following the signs to Wildernest, turn left past the factory stores and continue up the hill, parallel to I-70. Turn right at Wildernest Center and immediately right on Fawn Court. Travel up the block until the road turns left and continue straight ahead into the Blue Ridge Townhomes, the Snow Haus Townhouse is the second unit (154).

Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with service for nine or more, towels and linens provided, washer-dryer, sleeps 9. Gas fireplace, cable TV and VCR in living room. Single garage plus outdoor parking spot and additional parking across the street. Local phone service included. No smoking or pets, please!

Free shuttle service at Wildernest Center, one block away.

Rates (plus deposit $150):

Holiday -$2100 per week.
(12/20/2015 through 1/2/2016)

High Season - $1500 per week
(2/14/2016 through 3/26/2016)

Low Season - $1200 per week
(11/22/2015 through 12/19/2015 or 1/3/2016 through 2/13/2016 or 3/27/2016 through 5/28/2016)

Off Season - $900 per week

(5/29/2016 through 11/19/2016)

One half of rental and $150 deposit will reserve the unit, the remainder is due 30 days in advance of rental. Add 5.775% sales tax.
